3. Refund Policy

3.1. Workshops, Retreats, and Online Courses:

• Attendees may cancel any workshop up to 4 weeks before the event for a full refund, less any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees.
• Between 4 and 2 weeks before the event, the refund is equal to half of the price, less any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees.
• Cancellations within two weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable, but attendees may transfer the entire fee, one time, to another event (online or in-person) within one year from the date of the cancellation.

3.2. Retreat Meal Packages and Accommodations:
​
Retreat meal packages and accommodations are non-refundable within 4 weeks of the start of the retreat.
​
3.3. Digital Products:
​
We do not issue refunds for digital products after the download of the product.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

4. Assumption of Risk

4.1. Participation in workshops, retreats, and courses involves inherent risks. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

4.2. By participating, you agree to release DevaDaniela from any liability for injuries, damages, or other claims arising from your participation in our activities.

If you have any medical concerns or conditions that may impact your participation, we strongly encourage you to disclose this information when registering for an event. This includes, but is not limited to, allergies, chronic illnesses, or any condition that may require special attention or accommodations.

We welcome pregnant participants in some of our programs and are committed to ensuring their safety and well-being. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant and wish to enroll in one of our events, we kindly request that you inform Deva Daniela before enrolling.

• It's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in certain activities, and we may request a letter from your healthcare provider indicating your suitability for the program.
• We encourage you to inform our team immediately if you experience any discomfort or concerns during the event.
Your safety and comfort are our priority, and by informing us of your pregnancy, we can work together to ensure you have a positive and supportive experience throughout our programs.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful environment.

At Deva Daniela, we believe in fostering an inclusive and supportive community where all participants can feel comfortable and valued. Our Code of Conduct is designed to ensure that everyone attending our events can engage in a safe and respectful space conducive to personal growth and learning.

6.2. Rules and Consequences for Violation:

To maintain the integrity of our community and the quality of our events, participants are required to adhere to the following Code of Conduct. Violation of these rules may result in consequences, depending on the severity and repetition of the offense. Consequences aim to address the issue promptly and fairly while preserving the well-being of all participants.

Rules:

• Respect and Inclusivity: Treat all participants, staff, and presenters with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Active Participation: Engage actively in the workshops, retreats, or courses. This includes being punctual, attentive, and responsive to the instructions provided.
• Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants. Avoid sharing personal information disclosed during the events without explicit consent.
• Open-mindedness: Embrace diverse perspectives and be open to different opinions and experiences. Avoid disruptive behavior that may hinder the learning experience for others.
• Compliance with Policies: Abide by the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund policy outlined by Deva Daniela. Failure to comply may result in consequences.

Consequences for Violation:

• Verbal Warning: For minor infractions or a first-time offense, a verbal warning may be issued to the participant.
• Deva Daniela reserves the right to ask participants to leave an event immediately if they fail to adhere to the Code of Conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

We value the well-being and experience of all participants, and these rules and consequences, including the right to remove participants without a refund, are in place to ensure a harmonious and enriching environment for everyone. 7. Intellectual Property

• Commercial Use: Participants shall not use any content, materials, or intellectual property provided by Deva Daniela for commercial purposes without obtaining explicit written consent. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting the materials for financial gain.
• Respect for Ownership: Participants understand and respect that all content and materials presented are the exclusive property of Deva Daniela. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action.

8. Termination of Access

Deva Daniela reserves the unequivocal right to terminate access to the website, as well as participation in workshops, retreats, and courses, in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions. This termination may occur without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Deva Daniela.

In the event of termination, participants should be aware of the following:

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Deva Daniela.

1. General Events

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable and in this case transfers are only possible if we are able to fill your spot with another participant. All course fees are non-refundable after the commencement date of the event.

2. Digital Products and Online Courses

We do not issue refunds for digital products after the download of the product. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

3. Hosted and Third-Party Events:
​
Events hosted by third parties have their own cancellation policies. Please reach out to them directly for details or contact us here with questions.

4. Program Content and Suitability
​
Participation in our events is not recommended for anyone with severe mental health issues or major medical problems. If you have specific needs related to your participation, please contact us before registration.
​
If for any reason we deem that your participation is not appropriate or presents a safety risk to yourself or others, we reserve the right to remove you from the course.
​
If this occurs, you will be refunded a pro-rated course fee. All other expenses that you may have incurred, including lodging and travel will be your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of Deva Daniela.

5. Private Sessions
​
Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice are non-refundable.
​
6. Discounts
​
Discounts given by Deva Daniela are only applicable to live events hosted or owned by Deva Daniela. Third party hosted events are not eligible for discounts. Digital items (audios, videos, online courses, etc.) are not eligible for discount.

Discounts cannot be combined.
