The 8-week program unfolds in three distinct phases:

    • Preparation (Week 1 - Week 3): Engage in weekly writing assignments to prepare for the upcoming 4-day retreat.
      
    • Retreat (Week 4): Immerse yourself in a 4-day retreat in Kedichem, The Netherlands. This intensive experience is crafted to propel you deeper into your personal development journey.
      
    • Integration (Week 5 - Week 8): Following the expansion of your self-awareness during the retreat, it's crucial to integrate these insights into your daily life. Online meetings will support and build upon the transformative experiences gained during the Deepdive retreat.
